States use a Standard Utility Allowance (SUA) instead of actual utility bills when computing the SNAP shelter deduction. This calculator shows your state's heating/cooling SUA (HCSUA), limited utility allowance (LUA), and telephone-only allowance for FY2026. OBBBA capped some state SUAs in 2025.
